KNCHR has called for Coast Regional Police Commander Ali Nuno to withdraw his directive, authorising officers to shoot gangs such as the Panga Boys and other machete-wielding groups over the recent escalation of violent crimes in Mombasa, Kilifi and Kwale counties.
