The Registrar of Takoradi Technical University, TTU, Dr. Moses Maclean Abnory, and a Senior Administrator of the university, James Kwesi, have launched three co-authored books aimed at reshaping higher education governance in Ghana at a colourful ceremony attended by academics, government officials, students, and invited guests.
