The founder of animal group K9 Patrol Pet Army, Jamie Pieterse, and his co-accused, Marizelle Swanepoel, are facing multiple criminal charges in a shocking animal cruelty case that’s rocked Cape Town’s welfare community. Now, they are also charged with fraud for allegedly misusing funds meant for the care of the rescued animals.
