The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources has assured Ghanaians that it is taking steps to protect jobs and sustain operations at the Damang Mine as the current lease held by Abosso Goldfields Limited, a subsidiary of Goldfields Limited, expires on April 18, 2026.
