"Sorry": Safaricom explains customer's Fuliza drop from KSh 3,500 to KSh 300

Safaricom has explained why some customers may see their Fuliza limits reduced, following a complaint from a Kenyan whose limit dropped from KSh 3,500 to KSh 300.
