The recently resigned head of the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption, Andrea Johnson, ordered that criminally accused tenderpreneur Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala’s phone data be searched for the names of suspended Minister Senzo Mchunu, former minister Bheki Cele, and national police commissioner Fannie Masemola, among other top cops, as well as his daughter.
