The National Prosecuting Authority’s Investigating Directorate Against Corruption has unconditionally withdrawn fraud and corruption charges regarding the appointment of Brigadier Dineo Mokwele, against Crime Intelligence boss Lieutenant General Dumisani Khumalo and his co-accused.
