KwaZulu-Natal Finance MEC Francois Rodgers has accused the Okhahlamba Local Municipality of pushing ahead with plans to permanently appoint about eight bodyguards and drivers for politicians whose terms are set to expire in a few weeks when the country votes in municipal elections.
