The legal team of suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department deputy chief Julius Mkhwanazi on Thursday argued in the Brakpan Magistrate’s Court that their client was not present when Emmanuel Mbense was robbed and killed, and only became involved after he was contacted.
