A former Crime Intelligence officer has filed a complaint against President Cyril Ramaphosa’s security chief, Major General Wally Rhoode, over his claim that he disclosed the break-in at the president’s Phala Phala game farm to the late Lieutenant General Sindile Mfazi, who ordered him to investigate.
