Three persons of interest have been taken in for questioning in connection with the murders of nine women in Ekurhuleni in Gauteng, Acting Police Minister Firoz Cachalia confirmed on Sunday, as he cautioned that investigators have not yet conclusively established that a serial killer is responsible.
