Leaders of the Delta State All Progressives Congress (APC) on Sunday evening welcomed Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru into the party along with thousands of his supporters, just as the Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, vowed that the People's Democratic Party (PDP) will make no impact in the 2027 elections.
