The kidnapping and trafficking trial of missing 6-year-old Joshlin Smith currently dealing with a trial within a trial to determine if evidence on the alleged assault of Appollis and Van Rhyn at the Sea Border offices on March 4, 2024, would be admissible in the main trial as the accused stated that they were coerced into giving a confession.
