A "Sharia Court" affiliated with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has been terrorising foreign nationals in Johannesburg, shooting at vehicles and torching businesses when they refuse to pay extortion fees, according to a police detective's affidavit before the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court.
