Ing. Benjamin Arthur has officially handed over to Dr. George Smith-Graham as Acting Chief Executive of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC), following the termination of his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, effective Tuesday, April 15, 2025. During his tenure, which began in January 2022, Ing. Arthur brought his diverse expertise in civil engineering, labour relations, and conflict resolution to the role. He played a key role in efforts to review Ghana's Single Spine Pay Policy, over a decade after its implementation.
