The Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng, has opposed moves to transfer the anti-corruption mandate of his office to the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), insisting that the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) must remain the focal institution in the fight against corruption.
