The Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod), Sammy Gyamfi, has critiqued the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), dismissing its recent claim that the President’s suspension of the Chief Justice, Gertrude Torkornoo,  violates Article 296(c) of the Constitution as “ridiculous, mischievous and disgraceful”.
