The Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Monday, carried out a cabinet reshuffle. A statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Sulaimon Olanrewaju, said the governor announced this in a letter signed by his Chief of Staff, Segun Ogunwuyi, in Ibadan, the state capital.
