Ibadan, Ogbomoso monarchs reject Alaafin as permanent council chair

Traditional leaders from Ibadan and Ogbomoso have opposed a bill making the Alaafin of Oyo the permanent chairman of the Oyo State Council of Obas and Chiefs.
