Denver van de Bergh, 48, has taken on an extraordinary journey to inspire hope for those battling addiction. A former addict himself, Van de Bergh ran 1 600km from Cape Town to Pietermaritzburg over 36 days, all before participating in the Comrades Marathon on 8 June.
