Failed New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer aspirant, Kennedy Agyapong has come under fire on social media for comments he has made in a viral video, deemed a religious stereotype against former Vice President and 2024 NPP Presidential Candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. The video, which has been widely circulated on social media, has the former MP averring that he should be elected NPP's flagbearer for the 2028 elections because Christians did not vote for Bawumia in 2024, adding that he is the one who can bring the party back to power.
