SCA overturns Nulane accused’s acquittal, orders retrial | News24

The Supreme Court of Appeal has unanimously overturned a Bloemfontein judge’s decision to summarily acquit all of the accused in the R24.9-million Nulane “scam” case after finding she committed “numerous errors of law” – and ordered a retrial.
