The Willowvale regional court has sentenced Pumezo Voyi, 41, to life imprisonment for the murder of his former girlfriend, Amandla Mkhosi, 33, who had ended their relationship due to his abusive behaviour.
On May 11 2024, Mkhosi and her friend, identified as Tshaka, had gone to check on her homestead and livestock in the rural outskirts of Willowvale, when the incident happened.
