Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit has received confirmation That the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile has accepted final design proposals to upgrade the circuit to Grade 1 status, the highest standard required and the last step in preparing the venue to potentially host a round of the Formula 1 World Championship.
