Former Vice President and 2024 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has called on NPP Members of Parliament to immediately begin the hard work required to support the party's future success. On Thursday, a group of about 67 NPP MPs paid a courtesy call on Dr Bawumia at his office in Accra to officially declare their support for his retention as the party’s flagbearer for the 2028 elections.
