The KwaZulu-Natal High Court dismissed traffic officer Nhlanhla Tshabalala’s appeal against his attempted murder conviction and 10-year sentence. Judge Pieter Bezuidenhout found that Tshabalala actively participated in a road-rage shooting that injured two people.
