'Civil Service must lead the way if Nigeria is to lead Africa' - Walson-Jack challenges civil servants

Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Esther Walson-Jack, has said that if Nigeria is to lead Africa, its Civil Service must lead the way.
