The Parliament in Kenya is moving to formally integrate the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF), the Senate Oversight Fund, and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) into the Constitution through the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2025.
