The National Employers’ Association of South Africa and Sakeliga are pushing back against Minister of Employment and Labour Nomakhosazana Meth’s five-year employment equity targets announced on 15 April. NEASA and Sakeliga filed an urgent interdict against these regulations on Tuesday.
