The Madlanga Commission on Thursday heard how politically-connected tenderpreneur Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala apparently welcomed a report suggesting National Police Commissioner General Fannie Masemola was on the chopping block, commenting he would be replaced by someone Matlala described as “my person”.
