Police in Kisumu East sub-county have detained five suspects believed to be responsible for vandalism and theft of Kenya Power electricity cables, following complaints from local residents. Acting on a tip-off, police conducted a raid in Kager Aredo area within Gita, where they apprehended the five individuals in their hiding place.
