After decades of evading justice, 86-year-old former teacher and confessed paedophile Iain Wares was formally arrested at the Simon’s Town Magistrate’s Court this week under a UK extradition warrant charging him with the sexual and physical abuse of 65 boys in Scotland during the 1960s and 1970s.
