Under pressure New Patriotic Party (NPP) MP for Asante Akim South, Kwaku Asante Boateng, has come under further criticism following his disparaging remarks against former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. In a televised interview, Mr. Asante Boateng labelled Dr. Bawumia an outsider and an alien in the NPP, claiming he was not fit to lead the party as its presidential candidate.
