Nigeria's Attorney General has directed the country's Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to immediately rescind all administrative measures taken against companies linked to Ghanaian business magnate Sir Sam Jonah, declaring that no criminal case has been established against him and his associates. The dispute follows a formal petition by Ghanaian statesman Sir Sam Jonah to Ghana’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.
