The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday, arraigned Dr. Tersoo Joseph Loko, the former Chairman of the Benue State Independent Electoral Commission (BSEIC), alongside 10 other individuals before Justice M. S. Abubakar of the Federal High Court in Makurdi.
