The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Integrated Aluminium Development Corporation (GIADEC), Reindorf Twumasi Ankrah, has cautioned that the Volta Aluminium Company (VALCO) faces an uncertain future unless urgent steps are taken to attract private capital.
