The South African Weather Service has issued a yellow Level 4 warning for disruptive rain that could cause localised flooding across the Lowveld of Mpumalanga and Limpopo, while extreme heatwave conditions threaten the Western Cape, Northern Cape and parts of the Eastern Cape.
