Former Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Adentan, Mr Doku Ebenezer, has declared that the former Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, is the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) strongest contender to face the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2028 general elections.
