The Chairman of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Elections Committee, Mr. Peter Martey Agbeko, has reassured members of the association and the general public that all preparations for the upcoming national and regional elections are on course to deliver a credible, transparent, and fair process. The elections are scheduled to take place nationwide on Monday, June 30, 2025. Mr. Agbeko stated that the committee, working under the technical guidance of an advisor from the Electoral Commission of Ghana, is fully committed to upholding democratic best practices throughout the exercise.
